Pink mug.
Made by hand. This one of a kind large mug has been thrown on the wheel, then turned (trimmed). It has been lightly carved.
It’s then allowed to dry before I paint glaze on in layers with several glazes used to create this lovely pale pink. The inner glaze is semi matt black.
Its then fired to 1200deg C making it extremely tough.
Its had a 2nd furung with a mother of pearl lustre.
